The press is okay. I would have given it 5 stars IF they actually sent me the press that was in the picture. This one does not have the digital display, as the one in the picture does. That was one of the main selling points for me. I expected a digital display, not one I had to press buttons and with only 1 small screen that displays the temp and count down time. It would also have been nice if they explained that the press might release some excess moisture as it heats up for the first time. I emailed the company about this issue, and no one has gotten back to me about it as if they know they sent me the wrong one but did not care to make good on their mistake. If the problem was the voltage, they should have explained that in the description and had multiple pictures of the different versions they had for sale.
